Back by popular demand, Caroline Hostettler of "Quality Cheese" will teach how to prepare and serve Fondue, Raclette, and Croute au Fromage. During this 90 minute class, Caroline will discuss cheeses, ingredients, and recipes for other melted cheese dishes. We will provide pairing suggestions and tips on how to incorporate these dishes into bigger menus or parties. Cost per person $20.00 and guests will receive a $20.00 TCC gift card in return.
