I asked the girl specifically over the phone to see if the feta was pasterized. She said by law all cheeses come into the US must be pasterized. Yes, the cheese is the feta cheese is pasturized. All fresh cheese which are sold in the US must be pasturized. Feta is a fresh cheese. There are some raw milk cheeses sold in the US but they are aged more than 60 days which has been deemed to be safe.
