We are having a large party the end of the month and one of the stations is going to be a fruit and cheese display. There will be approximately 130 guests. The party will be held in our garden. My boyfrien's b-day is coming on the 12th of April. A friend of mine told me about you, and that we could have wine tasting and cheese, as one unique experience. Since I did not know about you nor ever tried the place, it sounds to be a very unique experience for both of us. My friend told me that we could have a table and get a platter of different cheeses in the same time with wine tasting.
So in order to decide if this is the place for the date, I would need to know the following:
1. do I need to call and make a reservation, or can i just show up?
2. will there be someone I can ask for advice in wine and cheese matters, meaning what goes with what? I drink only socially and my knowledge in both wine and cheese is very limited. Knowing I could get some guidance it would be very useful.
3. The idea is very appealing as both my boyfriend and I love cheeses and wine, there is major concern: my boyfriend got fish poisoning (ciguatera) and seems that all wines with preservatives cause extreme allergic reactions. Do you have on your wine lists, wines with NO preservatives, and all organic? The last thing i need is to turn his special day into a painful one.

First, I dined at your Gulfstream location yesterday for the first time and was truly delighted with my selection, all other selections I saw coming out of the kitchen and the assistance by the associate was top notch. I discovered fromage d'affinois in your Mizner Park store while visiting Boca and just loved it. Today I bought that cheese in the Whole Foods in Palm Beach Gardens and it was much different from your version (I don't like the Whole Foods version.)
Does this cheese vary greatly with batch, with manufacturer, or both? If I made the trek to Boca again, would I get pretty much the same cheese I bought last time?
I live in Jupiter. Could you ship cheese to me or do you have a store that's closer than Boca?

Hello:
I've just found out about a wonderful Italian cheese called "Burrata" (meaning Butter in Italian). I understand it's a Buffalo Mozzarella shell and the inside filled with heavy cream. This cheese is usual served in a good arugula and tomato salad with Balsamic Vineger and Olive Oil drissled al over it. Do you know where one can purchase Burrata in the South Florida area? Do any of your Cheese Course stores carry it?
