SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to the perishable nature of our product, all orders are shipped to arrive overnight.  The cheeses are packaged in insulated bags, with ice packs to ensure quality. 

You will receive your order one day after ship date.  Please be advised that someone must be able to receive the package, since it is perishable we are not responsible if someone is not home and product is spoiled.

If there are any problems with your order please contact us at (561) 395-4354 within 24 hours of delivery.  A credit will not be given if products are consumed or discarded.  We are not responsible for damaged merchandise that is in result of deliveries delayed due to inclement weather, incorrect shipping address, shipments left unopened or unrefrigerated, and shipments sent as gifts and the recipient is not able to receive the package.  Let the recipients know you are sending a perishable gift.

ORDERS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards.  You will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number. With the FedEx tracking number you can track your shipment and see when it will be delivered.

The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address and contact phone number. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders received before 4:00pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the same day order was placed.  After 4:00pm EST the order will ship the following business day.
All orders placed on Thursday will ship Monday except Florida, which will ship on Friday, excluding the panhandle.  We cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.
During peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Due to the perishable nature of the items, all orders must be FedEx Overnight Priority except Florida (not including the panhandle) has the option of choosing FedEx Overnight Ground or FedEx Overnight Priority.  All packages that are shipped FedEx Overnight Ground will be delivered by 7:00pm and packages delivered FedEx Overnight Priority will be delivered by 10:30am.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to seasonal availability and supple limitations of our cheeses, we may need to substitute some items within our collections to ensure freshness and timely delivery.  We will always substitute of equal or grater quality and value.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
All e-mail addresses and personal information (such as name, address, credit card number, etc.) are transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All information is collected for our use only; The Cheese Course protects this information both online and offline.
